Export Packing
CV EXIM TRADERS delivers specialized export packaging solutions engineered to protect processed taro leaves throughout international shipping and long-distance maritime transit. Agricultural products are highly sensitive to humidity fluctuations, marine climate shifts, oxygen exposure, and physical pressure. To ensure our taro leaf products arrive in pristine condition—retaining their precise moisture content, rich aroma, flexible texture, and cut integrity—we implement robust, multi-layer packaging protocols built to international logistics and cargo safety standards.
The packaging process takes place in a clean, climate-controlled clean zone immediately following final quality inspection and batch approval. The processed and sorted taro leaves are first weighed using calibrated digital industrial scales to guarantee exact net weight compliance for every container. The leaves are then primary-packed into high-density polyethylene (HDPE) inner bags or vacuum-sealed foil liners designed to act as an impermeable barrier against moisture ingress, ambient humidity, oxygen exposure, and external odors. Oxygen absorbers or desiccant packs are inserted where required to stabilize the micro-environment within each package, effectively preventing mold development, bacterial growth, or color degradation during extended sea freight journeys.
For secondary protection, the sealed inner bags are placed into heavy-duty, multi-wall corrugated cardboard cartons or compressed woven polypropylene bales, depending on client preference and shipping method. These outer containers are built to withstand high stacking pressure, vertical shock, and mechanical handling during container loading, transshipment, and port operations. Each package is reinforced with heavy-duty strapping and stretch-wrapped on heat-treated, ISPM-15 compliant wooden pallets, securing the cargo for safe forklift handling and maximum container space optimization.
Clear, compliant export labeling is applied to every exterior box and pallet. Labels feature complete shipping information, including product name, batch number, gross and net weight, country of origin (Indonesia), production date, exporter details, and QR/barcode tracking tags linking directly to our quality control logs. Furthermore, all packaging materials used are 100% recyclable, food-grade, and non-reactive, aligning with international environmental compliance and phytosanitary regulations.
Through our Export Packing service, CV EXIM TRADERS eliminates supply chain vulnerability between our facility and global destination ports. By combining advanced barrier materials, structural outer protection, and meticulous labeling, we ensure that global buyers receive ready-to-use, shelf-stable, and uncompromised taro leaf products every single time.
